Résumé

Le pack est envisagé dans la perspective de l’étude de la spatialité corporelle. L’auteur utilisant un exemple d’architecture nous permet de découvrir le sentiment de l’espace vécu et sa fantasmatique. L’illustration clinique développe le lien entre espace corps-morcelé, corps-halluciné et le Moi-corps dans l’enveloppement humide.

Abstract

The author has considered the link between spatial’s experiences and pack. She describes an architectural experience and the emotion of space. With the clinical case she studies the aspects of body and spatial’s experience.

MON EXPERIENCE DU PACK

RÉSUMÉ

Après avoir situé la matrice rituelle du pack enracinée dans la culture cosmologique du Paléolithique et délaissant délibérément les aspects anthropologiques, l’auteur s’intéresse et valorise la dimension préculturelle c’est-à-dire prélogique et préverbale du pack qui est aussi la caractéristique la plus efficace sur le plan thérapeutique. Le pack permet d’une part, un accès rapide et direct au lieu même où se forment les symptômes névrotiques et en partie les psychotiques et il rend d’autre part, possible une intervention thérapeutique dans une forme appropriée qui reconnaît en particulier les aspects illogiques/prélogiques et intrinsèquement non communicatifs (conformes à leur réalité d’origine « in-fantile ») de ces symptômes. L’auteur présente son expérience du pack sur plus d'une décennie et il expose une conception pratique et théorique personnelle de la séance.

ABSTRACT

After having established the ritual method of the packs rooted in the cosmological culture of the Paleolithic Age and deliberately ignoring the anthropologic aspects, the author has directed his interest to valorize the particular dimensions precultural id est prelogical, unvoiced of the pack which is the most efficient characteristics on the therapeutic level . The pack enables for one a rapid and direct aspect to the precise spot where the neurotic and partially the psychotic symptoms occur and on the other hand renders the therapeutic interventions in an appropriate form which includes the specific aspects illogical/prelogical and intrinsically non communicating (related to the true and infantile origin of these symptoms). At last the author presents his experience of over a decade and will expose his personal experience on practical and theoretical concepts of the séance.

« Au fil du Pack » serait une sorte de voyage. Le point de départ serait dans une réalité représentée par le discours scientifique actuel de «l’ inventeur » en France de cette pratique. Le lecteur serait invité, par le véhicule d’une histoire clinique, point central d’une rencontre unique, à une réflexion sur les questions de comment s’y prendre, comment s’entendre et se déprendre ? Le Pack, pour l’auteur, est un outil de réflexion sur la clinique, l’engagement, l’observation et leurs liens avec la théorie.

Abstract

Where the pack is leading us would be a kind of voyage. The starting point is in reality represented by the current scientific dialogue of “ the inventor” of this practice developed in France. The reader is invited through the means of a clinical history, symposium of thoughts on the questions how to do?, how to coordinate?, how to take some distance?

For the author, the pack is a tool for thought on the clinical involvement, observation and their theoretical relationship.

PRATIQUE DU PACK EN INSTITUTION
« Naissance d’un groupe soignant »

•   Des soignants présentent les motivations qui les ont amenés à envisager le pack dans leur pratique soignante. On comprendra mieux l’intérêt de ce texte si l’on sait qu’il suit le cheminement de ces soignants vers la « naissance d’une équipe » grâce à un stage en commun. On sera peut-être étonnés par les voies insolites de cette naissance en institution qui n’est pas l’œuvre d’une hiérarchie mais le fruit de la rencontre du désir même des soignants exerçant pourtant dans des lieux indépendants d’un même établissement.

• Members of a curing staff expose the motivations that led them to introduce the pack in their curing practical experience .
• The interest of this text will be better understood if we realize that it follows the member’s tracks leading to the birth of a team thanks to a training course in common. This would be hard to find the unusual beginning of this birth, even in institution, that is not the issue of a hierarchy but the fruit of their own desire, even though they all worked in independent departments under the same roof.

RESUME

Comment une expérience psychomotrice d’enveloppement humide thérapeutique (pack) participe-t-elle à la mise en place d’un espace psychique et à l’émergence d’un moi ? En s’appuyant sur l’importance d’une cure de pack, dans un hôpital de jour, chez un jeune garçon de 9 ans présentant des traits autistiques, les auteurs ont cherché à dégager, à partir du modèle analytique, une réflexion sur la notion de transfert vécu dans le pack. Ils relatent ensuite brièvement « l’après pack », la suite de la prise en charge en psychomotricité engagée depuis plusieurs années.

ABSTRACT

How does the psychomotor experience of a therapeutic pack relate to the establishing of a psychic state and the emerging of the self? On relying on the importance of the pack cure in an out-patient, a nine-year-old boy showing the concording autistic symptoms, the authors have attempted to separate, through the analytical model, a view of the notion of the transfer experience in the pack. They immediately and briefly expose “the after-pack”, the following is a follow-up engaged in psychomotricity throughout several years.

Résumé

Démunie face à la souffrance de certains enfants autistes, une équipe pluridisciplinaire exerçant dans une petite institution a permis à deux psychomotriciennes de mettre en place des enveloppements humides.

Malgré les nombreuses contraintes rencontrées (matérielles et humaines),

ce nouveau projet a pu se concrétiser grâce à l'implication de chaque membre

de l'équipe.

Mais à quel prix et qu'en reste-t-il aujourd'hui ?

Abstact

Confronted with the sufferances of autistic children, a mutidisciplinary team working in a small institute has enabled two psychomotoricians to develop packs. In spite of numerous set backs that were encountered (human and material) this new project has been made possible due to the involvement of each member of the team.

But at what price and what is there left to be done?
